Cleaning and Inspection Service

To keep your valuable jewellery looking its best we recommend you let us inspect it at least once a year to make sure that any issues are discovered before damage occurs or settings fail, resulting in high repair costs. We always believe it is better to be safe than sorry. We can also bring back the dazzle via a professional cleaning service to make your gold and silver shine like new and your diamonds and gemstones sparkle.

We can also offer to test your diamond jewellery to distinguish if it consists of natural mined diamonds or lab-created diamonds.

Between inspections, home cleaning can help keep your jewellery looking its best and we have a wide range of professional jewellery cleaning products from Connoisseurs available online and in-store. Our sales team will be happy to discuss the best products for your needs.

Valuation for Insurance and Probate

We know how precious your jewellery is to you, we can offer you peace of mind by expertly valuing your luxury watches and jewellery for presentation to your insurance company. Our expert Goldsmith will assess all of your jewellery to offer a replacement value in case of loss. We will provide a bound valuation certificate with full-colour photographs as a true record of your items.

We can also provide a valuation for probate reasons for a deceased persons estate. The values considered reflect the price that would be achieved if sold on the open market and will be a lower price than the value for insurance.

 

Watch Servicing and Repair

Whether you have a luxury Swiss automatic timepiece or an everyday wear battery watch we can help you keep it in top condition. For quartz battery operated watches, we offer a battery replacement service from as little as £5.95, which can usually be offered as a same day service in-store, along with strap replacement. If your quartz watch needs a new movement or glass our workshop can source the required movements and glass and offer a warranty and water resistance guarantee (this can involve an extra charge for pressure testing).

For luxury Swiss watches, we have a dedicated network of horology specialists that can advise on servicing and refurbishing your special timepiece.
