We have for sale a beautiful sterling silver Blue John single sided pendant. It has been beautifully hand crafted in Sheffield, England. In a large slim oval shape and set with a unique piece of Derbyshire Blue John and a solid silver polished back. A 20" sterling silver curb chain is supplied as standard, other lengths are available.
Blue John stone is a rare, semiprecious mineral, fluorite, found at only one location in the world. This is at Treak Cliff Cavern which is at the western end of Hope Valley near Castleton in Derbyshire, England. The name Blue John derives from the French Bleu Jaune, meaning Blue John. It was first discovered by miners exploring the cavern for lead.

Orders placed Friday (after 3.30pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (Unless on a Bank Holiday when orders are dispatched the next day, on Tuesday). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will include your tracking reference number. Use this number to track your item right to your doorstep.
If, for any reason, your order is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address), then Hollins and Hollinshead Ltd will inform you immediately via email or phone call when the item is received. You will be given a choice as to whether the item is sent out again, or a refund is processed. Please note, for items that are undelivered through fault of the customer (e.g., incorrect address), Hollins and Hollinshead Ltd reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
