We take great care to ensure all items are packed to a very high standard, so that your new purchase arrives in perfect condition.
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 3.30pm are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3.30pm will be dispatched the next working day.

If, for any reason, your order is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address), then Hollins and Hollinshead Ltd will inform you immediately via email or phone call when the item is received. You will be given a choice as to whether the item is sent out again, or a refund is processed.
