In an oval design, this unique pendant spins, it has a Celtic style bail, and the pendant is set with a unique pieces of Derbyshire Blue John, Labradorite and Onyx. A 18" sterling silver curb chain is supplied as standard, other lengths are available. This pendant has the Sheffield Assay Office hallmark, date letter t.

Blue John stone is a rare, semiprecious mineral, fluorite, found at only one location in the world. This is at Treak Cliff Cavern which is at the western end of Hope Valley near Castleton in Derbyshire, England. The name Blue John derives from the French Bleu Jaune, meaning Blue John. It was first discovered by miners exploring the cavern for lead.
